Unused email address
How can I remove an unused @me.com email address from my iCloud contacts list?

Is it your address or someone else?
It's mine, an old @me.com email address the Apple replace with @icloud.com but I can't seem to delete it. There is no "x" next to it, only a "?".
You can't delete the @me email address and Apple didn't replace it with the @icloud email address.
